Ohio Gov. John Kasich, a Republican presidential candidate, will outline a national security strategy that involves rebuilding the U.S. military, "reinvigorating" diplomatic alliances and renewing a commitment to "fundamental Western values" in a speech at the National Press Club at noon on Tuesday, Nov. 17. The event, sponsored by the Club’s Speakers Committee, is slated to follow the format of a Club luncheon, but lunch will not be served. U.S. Senator Elizabeth Warren, D-Mass., will speak about corporate international tax reform at the National Press Club on Wednesday, Nov. 18. Senator Warren’s speech, sponsored by the National Press Club Speakers Committee, will follow the format of an NPC lunch, but lunch will not be served. Join us at the next Republican Debate Watch Party of Campaign ’16 on November 10th in the First Amendment Lounge. Doors will open at 8:00 p.m. The debate will start at 9:00 p.m. Tickets are $15 for non-members and $10 for members.
