Young Members Speak with Seung Min Kim of the Washington Post
On Thursday, October 3, all young members and their guests are welcome to join for informal conversation and drinks with Seung Min Kim of the Washington Post. Seung Min Kim is a White House reporter for The Washington Post, covering the Trump administration through the lens of Capitol Hill. Before joining The Washington Post in 2018, she spent more than eight years at Politico, primarily covering the Senate and immigration policy. Kim is also an on-air contributor to CNN.

"Buttermilk Graffiti" Dinner at The Fourth Estate Restaurant
James Beard Award-winning Chef Edward Lee will regale diners with his tales of America's melting pot cuisines at a five-course book and bourbon dinner at the Fourth Estate restaurant on Dec. 17. Lee won recognition from James Beard Foundation for his book, Buttermilk Graffiti: A Chef’s Journey to Discover America’s New Melting Pot Cuisine. Photography Committee Holiday Party
This year's Photo Committee holiday party happens on Tuesday, 17 December at 12 noon in the McLendon Room, next to the Reliable Source. We'll start with a self-serve, self-funded lunch, with the party following lunch. We will use the occasion to recognize our intrepid volunteer photographers, who answered our calls to cover Club events in the past year. Those individuals deserve our heartfelt thanks, and we'll do just that on 17 December.
