The Fourth Estate will offer a special price fixe dinner menu to celebrate Valentine's Day on Friday, Feb. 14. The cost is $55 per person ($110/couple) for National Press Club members; $65 per person ($130/couple) for members of the public. The Fourth Estate is open to the public.
