Reliable Source Annual Crab Fest
The annual Crab Fest buffet comes back on Thursday, August 15 starting at 5:30 p.m. in the Reliable Source. Members and their guests are invited to sample crabs and a new wine list - what a great way to celebrate summer 2024! The Crab Fest is $45 per person for members and $50 for nonmembers, plus tax and gratuity. Reservations are encouraged due to previous high demand. Military Attache to Discuss U.S./Canada Alliance and Global Security
The Canadian Forces' Public Affairs Attache to Washington speaks at the next meeting of the National Press Club's American Legion Post. Lieutenant Colonel Jennifer Stadnyk plans to discuss with Post 20 the enduring U.S./Canada alliance, our long history of military cooperation, and the pivotal role this relationship plays in North American and global security. Prime Rib Dinner
Celebrate the beginning of fall with a Prime Rib Dinner and a glass of red wine on Thursday, Sept. 26, at the National Press Club’s Reliable Source. The 14th floor restaurant begins serving dinner at 5:30 p.m. Music by popular vocalist Renee Tannenbaum starts at 6 p.m.. The Prime Rib Dinner with a glass of red wine is $45 for Club members and $55 for non-members, plus tax and gratuity. Reservations are recommended. Oktoberfest Buffet
A variety of long-favorite German dishes will highlight the menu at the Club’s annual observance of Oktoberfest on Thursday, Oct. 26, at the Reliable Source restaurant. And there will be more: Adding gaiety to the evening's revelry will be accordion player Russell Wilson. A member of the Marine Band, he often has performed at the White House.
