Chef Susan Delbert will be on WUSA, Channel 9 at 11:30am, talking about the August 1 lunch to possibly the most prestigious group of chefs in the world, a French organization, the Club des Chefs des Chefs, whose members are the chefs to heads of state all over the world. She will be making the salad and will have an example of the meal served.
