National Energy Strategy Report
Secretary Pena briefed reporters on U.S. national energy strategy and the prospects for summer gasoline prices. Tobacco Industry Lawsuit Reaction
Responding to the announcement that the Justice Department had filed a lawsuit against tobacco companies for misleading the public about the health effects of smoking, Philip Morris General Counsel Greg Little told reporters that he would seek an immediate dismissal.
