NPC Forum: Using Sanctions to Protect Journalists

Lawmakers, former senior State Department officials and journalists gathered at the National Press Club on Feb. 11, 2019 for a discussion about the growing use of human rights sanctions to protect journalists around the world. Panelists at the event, sponsored by the National Press Club Journalism Institute and Club's Freedom of the Press Committee, included:
