Challenges Facing Zambia in the 1990's

Mr. Chiluba was recently elected president of Zambia in the country's first mulitparty elections in almost two decades. He spoke to the audience about the challenges facing Zambia. Mr. Chiluba is visiting the United States to receive the AFL-CIO's annual George Meany Human Rights Award.
