Voter Initiatives

Ms. Swank talked about her upcoming film and the history of women's suffrage. She also discussed the importance of exercising the right to vote, as well as efforts to increase voter participation among young people, women, and minorities. Following prepared remarks, she responded to questions from the audience. Ms. Swank played suffragist Alice Paul in the HBO movie Iron Jawed Angels.
