All-Hazards Preparedness

Admiral Evans talked about the need for better preparation for disasters and terrorist attacks. Among the topics she addressed were the role of the Red Cross in disaster relief, cooperation with other agencies, and public education efforts. Following her remarks she answered questions from the audience.
