Tickets Still Available for Club Luncheon with IMF Head

Tickets are still available for Wednesday's Club luncheon with International Monetary Fund Managing Director Christine Lagarde. She will speak immediately after returning from a trip to Africa.

Wednesday's lunch will begin at 1 p.m., different from the customary schedule, with the speech and question-and-answer session beginning at 1:30.

As the leader of the IMF, Lagarde has in hand economic research of the organization's 188 member countries. She'll discuss the prospects for U.S. and global economic growth, recovery in the European Union, and the IMF's mission to support low-income countries by increasing the availability of credit.

Club members who wish to attend the preluncheon reception must RSVP separately to [email protected] 48 hours before the event. Space may be limited. You must have a paid reservation to the luncheon to attend the reception.
