Politics Straight Up plans to feature seven journalists live from NPC's Truman Lounge

Politics Straight Up plans to broadcast tonight from 7 to 9 p.m. from the NPC's Reliable Source's Truman Lounge.

Julia Mason, host of the Sirius XM radio program "Press Pool," plans to host the program, which features continuing coverage of the 2012 presidential campaign. It will be broadcast live on POTUS (Politics of the United States for the People of the United States) on Sirius XM channel 174.

The following seven guest journalists are scheduled to appear in the order as listed: Steve Koff of the Cleveland Plain Dealer, Shira Toeplitz of Roll Call, Tom DeFrank of the New York Daily News, Donovan Slack of Politico, Margaret Talev of Bloomberg News, Bob Cusack of The Hill, and Steve Thomma of McClatchy Newspapers.

National Press Club members and their guests can see the program live at the Club while enjoying the usual Friday Night Tacos. Sirius XM subscribers living within the contiguous 48 states can listen from home or in their cars. Anyone anywhere in the world with access to the Internet can access the program online.
