Sen. Warren to make major policy speech at Headliners Newsmaker, tomorrow, 10 a.m.

Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-Mass.) will deliver a major policy speech on ending corruption in Washington at a National Press Club Headliners Newsmaker on Tuesday, Aug. 21, at 10 a.m. in the Club's conference rooms.

Warren, a potential 2020 Democratic presidential candidate and one of the biggest critics of President Trump, recently said, "Our government has been captured by powerful corporations and millionaires have used their money to rig our economy so it works for them and not for you. It's time to call this out for exactly what it is: corruption."

The Massachusetts senator is running for reelection in November.

The news conference is open to credentialed media and members of the National Press Club free of charge. Register online.
