Homeland Security Secretary Chertoff to Speak Wednesday

On the eve of the seventh observance of the attacks on the Pentagon and the World Trade Centers, the secretary of the Department of Homeland Security will tell a National Press Club audience what is being done to guard against another attack.

In a speech entitled, "All of the Above: Our Strategy Against Terrorism", Homeland Security Secretary Michael Chertoff will assess the state of the nation's security seven years after the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks.
