Experience Georgian food and wine at the Fourth Estate, Nov. 14

Russian poet Alexander Pushkin once wrote, "Every Georgian dish is a poem."

Taste what he meant at a five-course Georgian meal featuring the recipes from Darra Goldstein's "The Georgian Feast" at a cookbook and wine dinner on Nov. 14 in the Fourth Estate Restaurant.

Goldstein is the Willcox B. and Harriet M. Adsit Professor of Russian, Emerita, at Williams College and founding editor of Gastronomica: The Journal of Food and Culture. She is the award-winning author of five cookbooks and has consulted for the Council of Europe on ways to use food to promote tolerance and diversity.
