C-SPAN Video Library training, Oct. 10: Search, clip, share 30 years of video

Learn how to search, clip, and share 30 years' worth of digitized C-SPAN video at 9:30 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 10, in the National Press Club's Bloomberg Room.

In the class, C-SPAN's Social Media Senior Specialist Jeremy Art will demonstrate how to research, fact check, illustrate and inspire your reporting using the network's extensive archives of digitized video.

There is no charge for the event, which will last until 10:30 a.m., but reservations are required. Reserve your ticket online.

C-SPAN's online archive contains more than 230,000 hours of easily searchable public affairs video, freely available as a public service of C-SPAN's cable and satellite television affiliates. Whether they happened 30 years ago, or 30 minutes ago, the events in the C-SPAN Video Library create a significant catalog of America's contemporary political dialogue.
