Brrr! Maine-like weather means Maine lobster at Fourth Estate Jan. 29

The latest Arctic blast to hit the Nation's Capital is sending temperatures this week to levels normally seen in Maine in late January. So what better time to sink your teeth into a succulent Maine lobster?

You can do just that at the Fourth Estate restaurant's January Lobster Night Wednesday (Jan. 29) from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.

To assure a lobster, the restaurant asks that you make reservations no later than tomorrow (Jan. 28). The cost for members is $25, for non-members $30.

To reserve, phone Brent or Francisco at 202-662-7638. A very limited number of lobsters will be available without a reservation.

Dinner includes a steamed 1¼-pound Maine lobster with coleslaw (or salad) and choice of French fries or oven crisped new potatoes. For non-lobster fans, the regular Fourth Estate menu will be available. It features vegetarian asparagus lasagna and certified angus steaks. Desserts are the ever-popular chocolate and raspberry mousse; warm, homey pear crisp; and the unique flavors of Moorenko ice cream, including black raspberry, chocolate chip and red-hot chocolate.
