The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA) will be argued for an unprecedented 5-1/2 hours before the U.S. Supreme Court on March 26-28, 2012, with a decision expected by June 30, 2012. Observers agree that this is the most important Supreme Court case in decades.

Please join us on Thursday, March 29, as the inaugural event in the new Greenberg Speaker Series kicks off with a debate and discussion of the PPACA and answers the questions: Is it Constitutional? Is it Good Public Policy?
