GOP House Policy Chair Rep. Luke Messer to Discuss Governing in the 2016 Election Year National Press Club Newsmaker Tues., Feb. 16

Washington – House Republican Policy Chair Luke Messer (R-Ind), a member of the House leadership, will discuss governing in the 2016 election year at a National Press Club Newsmakers news conference Tues., Feb.16, 10 a.m. in the club’s Zenger Room.

Messer represents Indiana's 6th Congressional District and was first elected to Congress in 2012. In his first term, his peers elected him President of the Freshman Class. In his second term, he was elected House Republican Policy Chair. He also serves on the House Financial Services and House Education & Workforce committees where he works on issues ranging from K-12 education to banking reform.

The National Press Club is located on the 13th Floor of the National Press Building, 529 14th Street NW, Washington, D.C. This event is open to credentialed media and NPC members, free of charge. No advance registration is required.
