NPC Luncheon with Sec. Ray Mabus

Ray Mabus, the leader of the U.S. Navy and Marine Corps, discussed the state of America's sea services at a National Press Club Luncheon on October 12, 2016. As he nears the end of his tenure as Secretary of the Navy, Mabus spoke about Navy and Marine Corps accomplishments over the past seven years and continued efforts to advance the Department of the Navy in innovation, energy, ship building, personnel initiatives and partnerships.
