Emmy Award-winner Mariska Hargitay, who stars as Olivia Benson on television's "Law & Order: Special Victims Unit," spoke at a March 13, 2013 National Press Club Speakers Luncheon. Hargitay is also the founder of Joyful Heart Foundation, whose mission is of healing, educating and empowering survivors of sexual assault, domestic violence and child abuse.
