Oklahoma Governor Mary Fallin, Chair of the National Governors Association, laid out her 2013/14 Chair’s Initiative, "America Works: Education and Training for Tomorrow’s Jobs" at a National Press Club Luncheon on Sept. 17, 2013. The yearlong initiative is set to spotlight improving education and workforce training systems and aligning those systems with the needs of individual state economies.
