NPC Luncheon with Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel

Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel discussed "Moving Forward in Chicago" including new initiatives for education and other programs at a National Press Club Headliners Luncheon on June 20th, 2017. Mayor Emanuel said he wants to guarantee the future success of students by requiring public high-school seniors to provide a college or trade school acceptance letter, proof of military enlistment or a job offer in order to graduate.
