U.S.-Canada Salmon Negotiations

Mr. Anderson spoke about the state of negotiations over salmon between the U.S. and Canada. Fisherman from both nations accuse their counterparts of overfishing the areas in international waters before they reach Canadian or U.S. streams. After his remarks, he took questions from the press.
