1996 Elections

Senator Dodd and Mr. Barbour spoke about the results of legislative and gubernatorial elections from around the nations on 7 November. They also examined what these results mean for the 1996 elections. After each person made his remarks and rebutted the other's remarks, they took questions from the audience.
