Democratic Party Election Strategy

Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee Chairman Congressman Chris Van Hollen (D-MD) talked about the party's agenda and strategy for 2010 midterm elections. In his remarks he predicted that Democrats will retain control of the House. He also responded to House Minority Leader John Boehner’s address earlier in the week in Cleveland in which he criticized the Democrats’ agenda. Following his speech, he responded to questions from reporters. After the event ended, Congressman Van Hollen continued speaking with reporters for around 10 minutes, with questions focused primarily on tax cuts and House races.
