Ambassador Bolton reported on the priorities established for major world challenges by a group of United Nations ambassadors. The ambassadors from ten countries, China, India, Russia, Egypt, Zambia, Tanzania, Thailand, Pakistan, Viet Nam and the U.S., met the previous weekend at Georgetown University to use the Copenhagen Consensus process to rank the major challenges to the world. He responded to questions from the reporters.
