Future of Afghanistan

Ambassador Jawad talked with reporters about the future of Afghanistan. Topics included a brief history of Afghanistan, reconstruction, civil rights and the empowerment of women in the past four years, freedom of the press, free elections, anti-Taliban and anti-terrorism efforts, and the work of the Parliament. After his speech the ambassador answered reporters' questions.
