Preparing for Natural Disasters

Mr. Liddy talked to reporters about U.S. preparations for manmade and natural disasters, as well as the effects of catastrophic disasters on the social fabric and economic livelihood of Americans. Following his remarks, he responded to questions and comments from the reporters. Mr. Brier introduced Mr. Liddy and moderated the questions and answer session.
