Governor Rendell delivered a speech titled "An American Energy Harvest Plan: Jobs, Prosperity, Independence." He spoke about his goal in Pennsylvania to invest in energy development within his state and how to replicate the Pennsylvania model nationally. He also discussed investing in alternative fuel production and environmentally sound energy management.
