Watch VP debate at NPC, Oct. 11

Working journalists and spectators looking for a fun place to watch the vice presidential candidates debate are invited to a viewing party Thursday, Oct. 11 at the National Press Club.

The Club will have a working area for journalists. The debate, moderated by ABC News Chief Foreign Correspondent Martha Raddatz, will air from 9 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. on a large flat screen in the Truman Lounge for members only and in the Bloomberg Room for the public. The Bloomberg Room will open at 8 p.m. The Truman Lounge will be open during its normal hours. Drinks will be available for purchase at both locations. The event is free and is hosted in a non-partisan atmosphere.
