Tickets selling fast for Natalie Cole luncheon, Oct. 19

Tickets are limited and nearing sellout for the National Press Club luncheon featuring Grammy-award-winning entertainer Natalie Cole on Wednesday, Oct. 19.

The daughter of crooning legend Nat King Cole, Cole was diagnosed with chronic hepatitis C in 2008. She will speak about the Tune In to Hep C campaign sponsored by the American Liver Foundation.

The singer, songwriter and performer re-recorded many of her father’s standards, including "Unforgettable," which sold more than seven million copies and also won Cole numerous Grammy Awards.

The luncheon will be held in the Holeman Lounge and is limited to Club members and their guests. Lunch begins at 12:30 p.m. with remarks from 1-2 p.m.
