Thursday July 28 Crab Fest Menu Finalized

The menu has been set, so get ready to crack the shells and pick the crab meat to dip in the melted butter! It is time for the popular National Press Club Crab Fest in the Reliable Source.

The popular crustaceans will be served along with a buffet of sides on Thursday, July 28 at 5:30 p.m..

Here's what's on the menu:

The Main event:

Hard Shell Crabs, Quick boiled with Old Bay seasoning

Available: Melted Butter

Vinegar

Additional Old Bay

Wedges of Lemon

Grilled Corn on the Cob

Hush-puppies

Sweet and sour Baked Beans

Vegetarian Cheddar and Spicy Tofu Enchiladas, Rustic tomato sauce


On the Salad Bar:

Country-style tarragon red skin potato salad

Shredded carrot salad with cranberries and raisins

Sweet and sour cucumbers with sweet onions

Mexican Coleslaw

Caesar salad, Parmesan croutons; anchovies available on the side

Make your own Banana Splits or Berry Sundae

The Crab Fest Buffet is $30 per person for members and $35 for nonmembers plus tax and gratuity. Reservations are encouraged because this event has sold out in the past.
