Taste ‘Secret Ingredient Soup’ at chef’s dinner featuring acclaimed Gramercy Tavern chef, April 18
Acclaimed restaurateur Danny Meyer and chef Michael Romano, the men behind New York's Union Square Café and Gramercy Tavern, will share their culinary delights at a chef's dinner at 6:30 p.m. April 18 at the National Press Club's Fourth Estate restaurant.
The dinner, including tax, tip and a souvenir cookbook, costs $80 for a single reservation and $110 for a couple (couple price includes one cookbook).

The five-course meal features recipes from "Family Table: Favorite Staff Meals," based on the staff meals served at the acclaimed restaurants. Dishes include charred swordfish with a mint vinaigrette and risotto, Dominican beef and a prize-winning apple and pear tart.
Courses will be served with the appropriate beverage pairing.
Meyer and Romano will talk about their restaurants and recipes throughout the meal.
