NPC Luncheon with U.S. Energy Secretary Ernest Moniz

U.S. Energy Secretary Ernest Moniz is wrestling with the challenges posed by unprecedented domestic supplies of energy and the demands in some quarters to push for more exports. He will expand at a National Press Club Luncheon on Wednesday, Feb. 19 on President Barack Obama’s State of the Union address commitment to an “all of the above” energy policy.

The Luncheon will begin promptly at 12:30 p.m. Remarks will begin at 1 p.m., followed by a question-and-answer session ending at 2 p.m. Tickets cost $22 for Club members and up to one guest, and $36 for non-members.

Tickets must be purchased at time of reservation. For questions regarding reservations, please email [email protected] or call 202-662-7501.

Club members who wish to attend the pre-luncheon reception must RSVP separately to [email protected] 48 hours before the event. Space may be limited. Members must have a paid reservation to the luncheon to attend the VIP reception.

To submit a question in advance, put MONIZ in the subject line and email to [email protected] before 10 a.m. on the day of the luncheon.
