The 2014 World Cup may be played in Brazil, but the best place to follow the action is right here in the heart of the nation’s capital at the National Press Club.
Watch Team USA’s first match -- against Ghana -- on June 16 in the First Amendment Lounge. Doors will open at 5 p.m., with the game starting at 6 p.m. The event will feature two special guests, King Peggy of Otuam, Ghana, and Miss Ghana USA, Alice Gyamfi.
The event is open to the public. Tickets are available for $15 per person, $10 if you are a Club member.
