The March 26 event featuring Pennsylvania Democratic State Senator and leading Philadelphia Mayoral candidate Anthony Williams has been cancelled.

Williams bowed out, citing a change in travel plans. He was originally scheduled to speak at a NPC Newsmakers news conference.
