Lobster Wave Goodbye to Summer -- Fourth Estate Lobster Night, Wednesday, July 30, 2014

The Fourth Estate restaurant at the National Press Club will host the last Lobster Night of summer 2014 on Wednesday, July 30, 5:30-8:30pm.

A steamed 1-¼ pound Maine Lobster with coleslaw (or salad) and choice of French Fries or Oven-Crisped New Potatoes is $25 for Members; Non-members $30. Reservations are requested 24 hours in advance to assure a lobster; phone: 202-662-7638. A limited number of lobsters will be available for those who arrive without a reservation.

The regular Fourth Estate menu will be available for non-lobster lovers featuring two Vegetarian entrée choices, Alaskan Sockeye Salmon and hand-cut Certified Angus Beef Steak. The dessert menu features Pineapple Granita, Strawberry & Rhubarb Cobbler and an array of locally made ice creams and sorbet.

There will be no lobster night in August; the next lobster night is Wednesday, September 24, during the first week of autumn.
