Latvia President Vējonis to speak at National Press Club luncheon, Oct. 1

Raimonds Vējonis, who became president of Latvia in July, will discuss European security issues and strategic challenges with emphasis on the geopolitical situation in Europe and in the Baltic Sea region at a National Press Club luncheon Thursday, Oct 1.

Lunch will be served at 12 p.m., with remarks beginning at 12:30 p.m., followed by a question-and-answer session ending at 1:30 p.m.

Tickets cost $23 for Club members, who may purchase two tickets at $23, and $37 for all other non-member tickets. Tickets may be purchased online.
