Last chance to register for Wednesday's Snapchat Boot Camp

Sign up today for the next edition Wednesday (July 13) of the Club's popular Campaign 2016 Boot Camp series on using Snapchat at 9:30 a.m. in the Bloomberg Room.

The session, sponsored by the National Press Club Journalism Institute and the NPC Professional Development Committee, will teach you the basics and best practices of Snapchat as well as how to maximize the social media app at the upcoming political conventions.

The program will be presented by a team from Social Driver, a digital marketing agency that helps companies connect with people through websites, social media and video.

Presenters will be:

Emily Rasowsky, director of Marketing Strategy, Social Driver.: Rasowsky is a digital marketing leader and local tech community organizer. At Social Driver, she works to engage, entertain, elevate and empower Social Driver's core audiences. She was recently named an Emerging Leader of the Year by Washington Women in PR, one of the Top 40 Women in Tech by Trending 40, and is the founder of the Women in Tech campaign.

Lucy Mink, marketing strategist, Social Driver. In her role as marketing strategist, Mink works with top companies and organizations to help them reach their goals across social media and the web. As a former YouTube sensation, she is no stranger to using social media to reach the right people. She will discuss her writing content, developing digital strategies, and crafting new campaigns for SXSW, the D.C. mayor's office of D.C., D.C. Lottery and Honda, among others.
