Last call for Monday's program on visual journalism

Last chance to register for Monday's program on maintaining visual integrity.

The program, “Is Seeing Still Believing? The Importance of Visual Journalism in an Era of Fake News,” will be held in the Bloomberg Room from 9.30-11 a.m. Tickets are $5 for National Press Club members and $10 for the general public. Registration is required; tickets can be purchased online.

The moderator will be Mickey H. Osterreicher, general counsel of the National Press Photographers Association. Panelists will include Santiago Lyon, former vice president and director of photography of the Associated Press; Samaruddin Stewart, journalist and media technologist, SPJ Training Program in partnership with the Google News Lab; Margaret Sullivan, media columnist, Washington Post; and Bill Anderson, director of news content and operations for the Sinclair Broadcast Group
