Last Call for Certified Angus Beef/Charles Krug dinner Wednesday, May 24

Next Wednesday, May 24, the Fourth Estate restaurant will host its semi-annual Certified Angus Beef (CAB) dinner also featuring wines from Charles Krug. Unusual cuts include flat iron steak, teres major and the king of all cuts, Prime Rib, paired with a selection of wines from the Charles Krug vineyards in California. Charles Krug, a Peter Mondavi family winery, bills itself as the “Napa Valley’s Oldest Winery; established in 1861.”

Dinner begins at 6:30 with hors d’oeuvres; dinner is 7:00 p.m.-9:00 p.m. Tickets are $80/single; $150/couple. Members receive a 15% discount. There are limited spaces available.
