A smart CEO -- including freelancers and independent workers -- understands the value of setting goals for the New Year to move his or her business to the next level. The process involves a fair amount of introspection into values, visions, strengths and weaknesses.
Serial media entrepreneur Hannes Luth of Wunderbar Media will help you map out your 2014 goals in a 3-hour interactive workshop sponsored by the NPC Journalism Institute from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 17, at the National Press Club.
Registration is $20 for Club members and $40 for the general public. Club members should login for the discount code.
The session will give you an overview of what business goal setting is, how to identify and set realistic and attainable goals and how to organize your tasks in a way that ensures success.
This is a hands-on workshop. Bring paper, pens, or the digital version so you can leave with a plan to conquer 2014 with confidence.
