The National Press Club's Fourth Estate restaurant will celebrate Lobster Night on Wednesday, July 25, in its last-Wednesday-of-the-month tradition.
Members pay $25; non-members $30 for a fresh 1 ¼ pound Maine Lobster with coleslaw and choice of french fries or oven crisped new potatoes.
Reservations are requested 24 hours in advance to assure a crustacean; phone: 202-662-7638. A few lobsters will be available for those without a reservation.
The regular Fourth Estate menu will be available for non-lobster lovers, featuring grilled chicken with cashews, Hanger Steak with blue cheese or vegetarian Chile Rellenos.
Desserts range from dreamy bread pudding to the always-popular chocolate and raspberry mousse. The Fourth Estate also serves Silver Spring’s finest Moorenko ice creams and sorbet. Have you tried Passion Fruit Sorbet?
We look forward to seeing all Lobster Lovers on July 25.
