Here's who else will speak at the freelance workshop June 10

A panel on social media will cap off a program on freelancing scheduled for June 10 at the National Press Club. The session will begin at 3 p.m. following an earlier panel on writing for trade publications that begins at 1.

The panelists are:

Margarita Noriega, executive editor for digital at Newsweek, wrote and edited breaking news, video, and Internet culture stories for Vox.com in Washington; oversaw social media strategy for Fusion, including launching the network's international Snapchat Discover channel; and oversaw both breaking news and social media for Reuters. Amanda Miller Littlejohn will speak on personal branding. A former print journalist, she founded the Washington public relations firm of Mopwater Social PR. The National Black Public Relations Society named Littlejohn its 2012 practitioner of the year, and software giant Vocus named her one of seven "marketing influencers to watch in 2013.”
