Glenlivet Scotch Dinner 6:30 pm March 15, $70

Five Glenlivet scotches, aged from 12 to a 21 years, will be offered in the Fourth Estate Restaurant at 6:30 p.m. Monday, March 15. Tickets are $70 for members and their guests; $93 for non-members.

The evening will begin with a reception featuring a 12-year-old scotch and prosciutto wrapped, goat cheese stuffed Medjool dates, mini reuben sandwiches, and smoked salmon and dill cream cheese triangles.

Executive Chef Susan Delbert will prepare a four-course dinner featuring blue cheese soup with crab and herb croutons that will pair with Glenlivet's 15-year scotch. Seared scallops on pea-and-carrot mousse with mint butter will match the flavors of the 16-year scotch. Rosemary-marinated lamb chops with wild mushrooms and mint emulsion will pair with the 18-year scotch. The 21-year-old scotch will be served with chocolate and orange truffle with pop-rock bittersweet chocolate-dipped strawberries.

Each diner will receive two Glenlivet snifters to enjoy with scotch at home.
