Game on: Tennis legend Billie Jean King to speak at May 9 Luncheon

Tennis great Billie Jean King, 39-time Grand Slam singles champion, will address a National Press Club Luncheon on Wednesday, May 9.

King, a long-time advocate for gender equality in sports, was awarded the Presidential Medal of Freedom in 2009.

Lunch will be served at 12:30 p.m., with remarks beginning at 1 p.m., followed by a question-and-answer session ending at 2 p.m. This event is open to members and their guests only.
