Fourth Estate and Blues Alley will present jazz players tonight

The Fourth Estate will host Jazz Night in conjunction with Blues Alley, Georgetown's home for jazz, Wednesday, Nov. 6, as they do the first Wednesday of each month. Tonight kicks off the winter jazz scene in Washington, D.C. with some cool and comfortable foods. New Orleans Gumbo will be the feature and red beans and rice will accompany all entrees to evoke the New Orleans jazz scene.
Four members of the Blues Alley Youth Orchestra; Reese Cloud on sax, Reuben Dubester on drums, Murphy Hagerty on bass and Diego Meyer on piano; will play from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. as background music. There is no cover charge.
