Feast on Italy's best with cookbook author Domenica Marchetti at dinner Jan. 23

Renowned Italian cooking author Domenica Marchetti showcases recipes from her latest cookbook, “The Glorious Vegetables of Italy,” at a five-course dinner the Fourth Estate restaurant on Thursday, Jan. 23.

The five-course menu from the book includes the carrot polenta cake with Marsala that Marchetti offered at November's NPC Book Fair. Other courses include clam stew and grilled lamb spiedini. Each course is paired with a lush Italian wine. The full menu is listed below.

Member tickets are $80 per person and $150 per couple. Non-members pay $90 per person and $170 per couple. Each ticket includes a signed copy of the book. (Couples receive one book.)

This is Marchetti’s fourth cookbook. Others include “The Glorious Pastas of Italy," and "The Glorious Soups and Stews of Italy."
