Celebrity chef Shirley O. Corriher will explain and answer any other cooking questions you have at the National Press Club’s `The Secret Life of Food' on Wednesday, October 22 at 6:00 pm.
Enjoy sample appetizers and sangria specially prepared for the event, then learn how Susan Delbert, NPC’s Executive Chef, created them and the science behind their preparation.
Open to the public though registration is required. Admission: $10.00 for members and $15.00 for non-members, includes appetizers and a glass of sangria.
